Dear somebody, my windows 8 hp laptop has had the failure configuring windows updates reverting changes and is on a constant l. I experienced this same issue on the hp 2000. kept getting stuck on 12% and then went into "failure configuring windows updates, reverting changes". any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem. my system rebooted twice while on 12% before finally reverting after about an hour..
